Abbas Chamsuddin, MD graduated from the American University of Beirut, then joined the University of South Alabama for an internship in General Surgery then a Residency in Diagnostic Radiology. He then joined North Shore University Hospital in Long Island New York, for a Fellowship in Nuclear Radiology and completed his training at the University of Minnesota in Interventional Radiology. He served as Director of Interventional Radiology at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, then at Emory University until 2009. He has many publications in Radiology and has served on many National Committees in the Fields of Radiology and Interventional Radiology. Dr. Chamsuddin is board certified by The American Board of Radiology (ABR) with certification in the fields of Interventional and Nuclear Radiology.
