Dr. Andrew Jay, Head of the HealthCare Fund at Siemens Venture Capital
Dr. Andrew Jay is the Head of the HealthCare Fund at Siemens Venture Capital, which invests globally in imaging and diagnostic technologies. Since initiating the Fund in late 2002, his team has closed and exited multiple investments including Sequenom, USystems, Viewray and Zonare.
Dr. Jay previously was an I.I. ranked medical technology analyst for Deutsche Bank. He published over 10,000 pages of research on imaging, orthopedics, cardiovascular, vision, diabetes, diagnostics and neurologic devices. He was instrumental in raising over $2 billion in equity capital, and bringing over 20 companies public. He was frequently interviewed in the financial press including the Wall Street Journal, Investors Business Daily, CNN and MSNBC.
He has an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern, a DMD from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Outside of the office Andrew founded the Massachusetts Oyster Project, a non-profit that has re-introduced water cleansing oysters into Boston Harbor after an absence of 50 years. He also is a Trustee at the Worcester Art Museum serves on the Scientific Advisory Board of the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center and the Patent Committee at the Forsyth Institute

Michael Yuz, MD, MBA, Chief Executive Officer
Michael is a founder of USARAD Holdings, Inc. and currently serves as its CEO and Executive Radiologist. Michael is a serial entrepreneur with extensive leadership and business background spanning all of his career, starting his first business at the age 14. Michael trained at several preeminent institutions including New York University and Thomas Jefferson. He received MBA degree in Healthcare from the prestigious George Washington University dedicating his studies towards evolving field of telemedicine / telehealth.

Michael is a double boarded diagnostic radiologist, with extensive training and experience in multiple advanced modalities including MRI and Cardiac CT. He has held positions as Chief Radiologist in a large private radiology group, and was Director of a Cardiovascular CT laboratory at a private imaging center along with being the head medical instructor for a Cardiovascular and Body Section program during a teaching residency program.

Michael became fascinated with technology, internet, medicine and business at a very early age, a reason why he first chose to become a radiologist, the most technologically dependent medical specialty. He has acquired, invested into and traded many top domain names and has invested into biotech companies. Over the years, he started from scratch several successful internet related technologies and companies, including USARAD.com (teleradiology) and XMRI.com (automated radiology second opinion portal). He owns a distinct IP including domain names, trademarks, internet/technology platform with multiple patents pending.

Roman Goldenberg, Scientific Advisor - Artificial Intelligence
Roman Goldenberg received BA (Summa cum Laude) and PhD degrees in Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, in 1995 and 2003, respectively. During his studies he worked in IBM Haifa Research Lab, developing postal automation systems, and in RAFAEL - Israel Armament Development Authority. In 2002-5 he was a research fellow at Samuel Neeman Institute for Advanced Studies in Science and Technology, where he conducted research in Image Processing and Computer Vision, while consulting companies in medical imaging, software testing automation, and 3D scanning. In 2005-13 Roman co-founded and served as VP R&D and CTO of Rcadia Medical Imaging - a company that developed systems for automatic interpretation of coronary CT angiography, and coined the concept of Computer-Aided Simple Triage into the world of medical Computer-Aided Diagnosis. In 2013-5 Roman was a research consultant for Google, where he developed algorithms and software for 3D Computer Vision applications. Since 2015 he is a principal research scientist in Amazon, developing technologies for the Amazon Go store and other Computer Vision/Machine Learning projects.

Randy Parker, Strategic Advisor
Randy Parker brings more than 30 years of experience launching and building successful, disruptive companies – all of which have been consumer-focused entities utilizing the latest technologies. During the past seven years, Randy has established significant relationships at the highest levels with a broad range of the country’s premier health organizations, helping him to develop a vision for MDLIVE to be a leader in healthcare innovation, providing customers with convenient access to a complete integrated health network. Prior to MDLIVE, he served as CEO of several other companies, including Flexplay Technologies, Clear-Vu Products, and Entertainment Resource. Eduard Michel, MD. Strategic Advisor & Investor
Dr. Michel is a venture capital investor, medical advisor and philantropist who co-founded Virtual Radiologic Corporation in 2001. He took the Company public in 2007 and served as it's Chief Medical Officer and Director until 2011. During this period Virtual Radiologic became the largest teleradiology practice in the world. Previously, Dr. Michel served as Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University of Minnesota and attending Neuroradiologist at Hennepin County Medical Center and North Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Michel completed his education at the University of Minnesota, and his Radiology residency and Neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Minnesota Hospital. He has authored more than 60 scientific articles and presented more than 45 scientific seminars at medical conferences around the world. He completed his education at the University of Minnesota and his Radiology residency and Neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Minnesota Hospital.

Boris Gutin, Strategic Advisor
Mr. Gutin is a member of the Greenhill Capital Partners investment committee and is a Managing Director of GCP Capital Partners. Mr. Gutin joined Greenhill Capital Partners in 2003. Mr. Gutin has 13 years of private equity investment experience. Prior to joining Greenhill Capital Partners, Mr. Gutin was in the principal investment area (merchant banking) and leveraged finance group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. and at American Securities Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity fund.
Mr. Gutin has been a member of the investment team on over 15 completed private equity investments. Mr. Gutin focuses on outsourced business services, financial services / technology and insurance. Mr. Gutin is currently a Director of Trans-Fast Remittance, ClearView Risk, Ironshore, Continental Bank, and is an observer on XL Marketing and 123 LumpSum Holdings. He was formerly a director of Acrisure and Hercules Offshore. Mr. Gutin is a graduate with honors from Johns Hopkins University and Harvard Business School (2003).

Algis K. Augustine, JD, Interstate Medical Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
Mr. Augustine has represented over thousand healthcare professionals and practices in various governmental and regulatory matters including those related to medical licensing in over thirty states. Former Chief Regulatory Attorney for the Illinois Department of Registration and Education where he was responsible for regulating over 600,000 professionals; Nationally recognized speaker on licensing as well as professional disciplinary matters. He is an active member in good standing of the Illinois bar and is admitted to practice in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Graduated from University of Illinois, College of Law, J.D.; University of Notre Dame, B.A. Admitted to practice 1969.
